MERRY CHRISTMAS

Let me start my saying Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you. However, we must not forget the reason for the
seasons. As we celebrate His birth, let’s also remember what Jesus came to do on this earth, which is to redeem us and
take us back to God by dying on the cross of Calvary and rising up on the third day. Jesus died not only for the Christians
but for all the Nations of the world regardless of race, ethnics, tribe, creed or colour.
Tomorrow is December 25 and it is the Christmas day. A wonderful thing happened to a man named Johoiachin exactly
December 25 some years ago. This can be found in Jeremiah 52:31-34
In the thirty-seventh year of the exile of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the year Evil-Merodach became king of
Babylon, he released Jehoiachin king of Judah and freed him from prison on the twenty-fifth day of the twelfth
month.
He spoke kindly to him and gave him a seat of honor higher than those of the other kings who were with him in
Babylon.
So Jehoiachin put aside his prison clothes and for the rest of his life ate regularly at the king's table.
Day by day the king of Babylon gave Jehoiachin a regular allowance as long as he lived, till the day of his death.
It is my prayer that before the end of this year you, your business, family and ministry will experience unusual miracles
in Jesus name.
JANUARY 2009- PROPHETIC GRACE‘
‘PROPHETIC GRACE’’ is a published words of God, The Most High as prophetically inspired by the Holy Spirit.
The Prophetic Grace for this month is premised on Leviticus 26:1-12 (TLB):
· God will give you regular rains, and your life/business/family will yield bumper crops, and the trees will be
loaded with fruit long after the normal time! And grapes will still be ripening when sowing time comes again. You shall eat your fill, and live safely in the land,
· God will give you peace, and you will go to sleep without fear. He will chase away the dangerous animals from you.
· By the power of the Almighty, you will chase your enemies; they will die beneath your swords.
· Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you, ten thousand! You will defeat all of your enemies.
· God will look after you, and multiply you, and fulfill His covenant with you.
· You will have such a surplus of crops that you won't know what to do with them when the new harvest is ready!
· God will live among you and not despise you.
· God will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be His people.
Pray and key into these Prophetic releases…… it shall be well with you in Jesus Name.

Isaiah 65:24

This story was written by a doctor who worked in South Africa ..
One night I had worked hard to help a mother in the labor ward; but in spite of all we could do, she died leaving us with a tiny premature baby and a crying two-year-old daughter. We would have difficulty keeping the baby alive, as we had no incubator (we had no electricity to run an incubator).
We also had no special feeding facilities. Although we lived on the equator, nights were often chilly with treacherous drafts. One student midwife went for the box we had for such babies and the cotton wool that the baby would be wrapped in.
Another went to stoke up the fire and fill a hot water bottle. She came back shortly in distress to tell me that in filling the bottle, it had burst (rubber perishes easily in tropical climates). "And it is our last hot water bottle!" she exclaimed. As in the West, it is no good crying over spilled milk so in Central Africa it might be considered no good crying over burst water bottles. They do not grow on trees, and there are no drugstores down forest pathways.
"All right," I said, "put the baby as near the fire as you safely can, and sleep between the baby and the door to keep it free from drafts. Your job is to keep the baby warm."
The following noon, as I did most days, I went to have prayers with any of the orphanage children who chose to gather with me. I gave the youngsters various suggestions of things to pray about and told them about the tiny baby. I explained our problem about keeping the baby warm enough, mentioning the hot water bottle, and that the baby could so easily die if it got chills. I also told them of the two-year-old sister, crying because her mother had died.
During prayer time, one ten-year old girl, Ruth, prayed with the usual blunt conciseness of our African children. "Please, God" she prayed, "send us a water bottle. It'll be no good tomorrow, God, as the baby will be dead, so please send it this afternoon."
While I gasped inwardly at the audacity of the prayer, she added, "And while You are about it, would You please send a dolly for the little girl so she'll know You really love her?"
As often with children's prayers, I was put on the spot. Could I honestly say, "Amen". I just did not believe that God could do this. Oh, yes, I know that He can do everything, the Bible says so. But there are limits, aren't there? The only way God could answer this particular prayer would be by sending me a parcel from homeland. I had been in Africa for almost four years at that time, and I had never, ever received a parcel from home. Anyway, if anyone did send me a parcel, who would put in a hot water bottle? I lived on the equator! Halfway through the afternoon, while I was teaching in the nurses' training school, a message was sent that there was a car at my front door.
By the time I reached home, the car had gone, but there, on the veranda, was a large twenty-two pound parcel. I felt tears pricking my eyes. I could not open the parcel alone, so I sent for the orphanage children.
Together we pulled off the string, carefully undoing each knot. We folded the paper, taking care not to tear it unduly. Excitement was mounting.
Some thirty or forty pairs of eyes were focused on the large cardboard box. From the top, I lifted out brightly colored, knitted jerseys. Eyes sparkled as I gave them out. Then there were the knitted bandages for the leprosy patients, and the children looked a little bored. Then came a box of mixed raisins and sultanas - that would make a batch of buns for the weekend. Then, as I put my hand in again, I felt the ... could it really be? I grasped it and pulled it out - yes, a brand-new, rubber hot water bottle. I cried. I had not asked God to send it; I had not truly believed that He could Ruth was in the front row of the children. She rushed forward, crying out, "If God has sent the bottle, He must have sent the dolly too!"
Rummaging down to the bottom of the box, she pulled out the small, beautifully dressed dolly. Her eyes shone! She had never doubted!
Looking up at me, she asked: "Can I go over with you and give this dolly to that little girl, so she'll know that Jesus really loves her?"
That parcel had been on the way for five whole months. Packed up by my former Sunday school class, whose leader had heard and obeyed God's prompting to send a hot water bottle, even to the equator. And one of the girls had put in a dolly for an African child - five months before, in answer to the believing prayer of a ten-year-old to bring it "that afternoon."
"Before they call, I will answer" (Isaiah 65:24). This awesome prayer takes less than a minute. When you receive this, say the prayer, that's all you have to do. No strings attached. Just send it on to whomever you want - but do send it on. Prayer is one of the best free gifts we receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards.
Let's continue praying for one another: Father, I ask you to bless my friends reading this right now. I am asking You to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there is self doubting, release a renewed confidence to work through them. Where there is tiredness or exhaustion, I ask You to give them understanding, guidance, and strength as they learn submission to Your leading. Where there is spiritual stagnation, I ask You to renew them by revealing Your nearness, and by drawing them into greater intimacy with You. Where there is fear, reveal Your love, and release to them Your courage. Where there is a sin blocking them, reveal it, and break its hold over my friend's life.
Bless their finances, give them greater vision, and raise up leaders and friends to support and encourage them. Give each of them discernment to recognize the evil forces around them, and reveal to them the power they have in You to defeat it. I ask you to do these things in Jesus' name.
P.S. Passing this on to anyone you consider a friend will bless you both. Passing this on to one not considered a friend is something Christ would do.
"Do not ask the Lord to guide your footsteps if you're not willing to move your feet."

WHEN WE ARE WEAK
(II Samuel 21:15 NLT)
David was a mighty warrior of Israel. God taught his hands to fight and his fingers to war, but he became weak and exhausted. This shows the frailty and limitation of human being no matter how strong and mighty they may be. It is only God that is Almighty, who is never weak.
When David was weak at battlefront, Abisha son of Zurkiah came to rescue him and killed the giant that was about to kill David.
Moses was also on the Mount raising his hands up in prayer in order for Israel to prevail in battle when Israel was fighting the Amalekites. Whenever Moses hands were up Israel prevailed but whenever they were down Israel suffered loss. Moses later became weak and could cope with his hands up. Then Aaron and Hur came to support him. It was through this help that Israel prevailed.
When we see that others are weak in one situation or the other, please, let’s come to their aids. We are to help each other. You don’t know when you, too, will be weak. Everyone has his/her area of weakness.
As we support each other especially in our areas of weakness, God bless us real good.

TAKE THAT ACTION
Today is Friday, the second day of the month of November 2007. It begins the first weekend of the month…. A lot of activities, events, and owambe have been lined up to make the weekend splendid. However, I want us to take a look at the past 10 months. ……January through to October ….. What have you achieved? Remember, one of the factors that will determine your level of achievements is the ACTION you take daily. So, I want us to take another look into why me must take action.
"It is good to dream, but it is better to dream and work. Faith is mighty, but action with faith is mightier. Desiring is helpful, but work and desire are invincible." – Thomas Robert Gaines
Now, when we pray to God for direction, we should expect that this answer will include an instruction to act. And we must be willing to act even before we pray. Do you remember, at the wedding in John chapter 2, the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to the waiters “Whatever he tells you to do, do it “ Remember, the waiters obeyed, a miracle occurred. It did! I think that is the secret to miracles –Whatever God says do, do it “. Make that move this week, and God will move on your behalf.
"It doesn't matter what you are thinking or what fear you have, if you just do it. Action is the only thing that matters…. I can see that at the end of my life, I'm going to look back and say, 'Gosh, I wish I had taken more action’." – Diana von Welanetz Wentworth
If you can produce results, you will be recognized any day, anywhere. And to be recognized you need to take action. I want you to consider this; that people judge us by our actions, not by our intentions. The world recognizes us, not for our efforts, but for the results we achieve. So we must be result- oriented. Henry Ford once said “You can’t build a reputation on what you are going to do. “ In other words, People are not as interested in what you plan to do as much as in what you have done with your plans.
As you step out today, grapple with each hour. Assault every minute. Make hay while the sun shines. Strike while the iron is hot. Today‘s opportunities may not be there tomorrow. Do that thing you have been anxious about. It may indeed be crucial to your destiny. Remember, Action subdues fear.
In John 13: 17, Jesus said; if ye know these things, happy are ye, if you do them”. Knowledge is only potential power. Knowledge that is accurately acted upon is power.
Take that step and God will grant you success today.
You will succeed.
Have a nice weekend.
Best regards!

SETTING/ACHIEVING ANY GOAL FOR 2008
SETTING/ACHIEVING ANY GOAL FOR 2008
As an individual and in my family, the year 2008 has begun already. Many are still waiting for January to come. If you are still waiting for January to come before you start planning for 2008…. Sorry, It may be too late.
Begin to start preparing and planning your goals for the year 2008, NOW. We all have goals that are important to us. They range from quitting laziness, to creating our own businesses, to raising great children. Unfortunately, most of us also have the experience of being unable to reach our goals, of having them always seem just out of reach. We can see them. We want to complete them, but we never quite cross that finish line. Here are some tips that are real and can work for anyone. They will help you reach your goals, every time!
1.Be sure of what you want to achieve. Precisely define the objective.
Exactly what do you want? How do you want it? Measure it, put a number on it. How many pounds do you want to lose? How many dollars do you want to earn? No one can achieve an ambiguous or a fuzzy goal. Be precise.
2.Balance the objective with your purpose and values.
Do you know your purpose on earth? Do you have values? Do you know what you value? You won’t work toward a goal that conflicts with your values or sense of purpose. Make sure your goals are consistent with your religious and moral beliefs, and with other goals that you have. Internal conflict will undermine your performance, every time!
3.Use your words/mouth.
4.Put up powerful reasons why you must achieve your goals.
"If you have enough why’s, you’ll find a way." We reach goals that excite us, that stimulate our imaginations. We reach goals that are vital to our health, our family and our future. Find lots of reasons! When it’s important enough, you’ll make it happen.
5.Write your goals and your reasons down!
Any goal that is not written down is yet a goal. Write your goals on file cards every day! There is power, magic and mystery in writing your goals down, it reminds you of your commitment. Put the cards where you’ll see them through the day. Put them on your mirror, or on your desk. Carry them with you and read them, over and over, through the day.
6.Let there be a deadline for all your goals.
Be bold to set a time frame when you must achieve a set goal. Again, have the courage to be exact. Must read a book every month, double your income by the end of this year, and prepare my Sunday sermon by Friday. A goal without a deadline is just a pipe dream! Give yourself the discipline of a date.
7.Share your goals with others.
Share your goals with others. Tell friends and family what you plan to do, and your target date. Most of them will not believe it but never mind. Ask them to hold you accountable and to help you along the way. Knowing your friends are rooting for you is a powerful motivator. Set yourself up for success by making a public commitment to reach your goals on time.
8.Partner or network with others.
One person cannot achieve great goals or dreams. Form synergy with positive people. Collaborate with people that can help you, motivate or inspired you to achieve your goals. High achievers rarely do anything significant by themselves. Get a running partner; make a friendly bet with your spouse to start waking up early, make it a family project to get out of debt. Always have at least one person who totally supports you, and make sure they are part of your campaign. Look for a model.
I want you to try these tips… they will work for you because they work for me. I want you to succeed and you will succeed. If you have any comments please, I will be glad to receive them.

Take that ACTION NOW!
Guys I challenge you to “TAKE ACTION” today.
“Just do it” – Ad slogan for NIKE athletic shoes
“You can’t fulfill your destiny on a theory … it takes work “says John L Mason.
You’ve got to be an executive. An executive is someone who executes his plans, someone who acts. The farmer who dreams of a harvest without planting a seed will harvest thorns. Likewise, striving for success without work, hard work is a waste of time. The Bible says, “In all labour there is profit, but the talk of the lips tends to penury “In other words; everybody can talk, But how many can work? To be an achiever, you must jump out of the spectator’s stand and into the field, to be part of the game, be in “the action field”
Sadly, if you look around us, for every one who dares to work hard on his dreams, to turn them into reality, there are scores of others on the sideline who are experts on how things should be done, you see. There are those who get things done and there are those who talk about doing things. The choice should be obvious to us. Actually work is exciting. It challenges our potentials. It gives us the feeling that our lives are worthwhile and meaningful. I say make the best of today. Turn your dreams into reality.
Today is the tomorrow you spoke so much about yesterday. So whatever you boasted of accomplishing yesterday must be acted upon today. Make every minute count.
Friend, there is a door of opportunity open to you today. You must realize that the door of opportunity is marked “PUSH” today, I want you to push.
“One action is more valuable than a thousand good intentions.” John L mason
Think about that. So, take action today. Apply for that job. Be prompt for that interview. Start that part-time course. Go early for that service. Start that business. Begin that special program GOD asked to do. Visit that friend or family members. Tackle that assignment you have been putting aside for some time now, Act now! No time is better than NOW!
You will succeed!

SLOWLY
Simon Peter then, having a sword, drew it and struck the high priest's slave, and cut off his right ear; and the slave's name was Malchus. So Jesus said to Peter, "Put the sword into the sheath; the cup which the Father has given Me, shall I not drink it?" JOHN 18:10, 11
I don't know what it is but you always seem to regret things when you act too quickly. It seems to be better to wait just a little longer to confront that family member. It seems wiser to refrain from calling back that former friend who seems to be gossiping about you. It seems smarter to keep silent during a conversation which is spiraling out of control.
Taking it SLOWLY will solve a lots of problems you are facing now.
I will also take it SLOWLY till next time we meet here. You can let me have your comments!
Yemi Tella's Death, What A Great Loss!
Is there any lesson to learn?
Yemi Tella conquered the world with his Golden Eaglets only to die some weeks after this great victory leaving behind the benefits and gains of the victory.
We need to be careful and prayerful about our lives. Some believe that their enemies will not allow them to achieve in Life...... I do not believe in this at all. With GOD you can achieve your goals.
One of the lessons I learnt from Tella's death is that we need to be very careful and be prayerful when we attain success or achieve our goals.
I am not saying Yemi Tella is not careful or prayerful......... We all know he was even ill during the tournament...... Death can come any time.
Yemi Tella has done his own part and he surely be part of Nigeria history.
May his soul rest in perfect peace.
Shalom!

LET'S HEAR JESUS CHRIST
And to be greeted with honor in the marketplaces and to have people call them rabbi. But you are not to be called rabbi (teacher), for you have one Teacher and you are all brothers. And do not call anyone [in the church] on earth father, for you have one Father, Who is in heaven. (Matthew 23:7-9 AMP)
And when they are in the market, they like to have people greet them as their teachers. But none of you should be called a teacher. You have only one teacher, and all of you are like brothers and sisters. Don't call anyone on earth your father. All of you have the same Father in heaven. (Matthew 23:7-9 CEV)
Jesus reproves the scribes and Pharisees.
The scribes and Pharisees explained the law of Moses, and enforced obedience to it. They are charged with hypocrisy in religion. We can only judge according to outward appearance; but God searches the heart. They made phylacteries. These were scrolls of paper or parchment, wherein were written four paragraphs of the law, to be worn on their foreheads and left arms, Ex 13:2 to 10; 13:11 to 16;
De 6:4 to 9; 11:13 to 21. They made these phylacteries broad, that they might be thought more zealous for the law than others. God appointed the Jews to make fringes upon their garments, Nu 15:38, to remind them of their being a peculiar people; but the Pharisees made them larger than common, as if they were thereby more religious than others. Pride was the darling, reigning
sin of the Pharisees, the sin that most easily beset them, and which our Lord Jesus takes all occasions to speak against. For him that is taught in the word to give respect to him that teaches, is commendable; but for him that teaches, to demand it, to be puffed up with it, is sinful. How much is all this against the spirit of Christianity! The consistent disciple of Christ is pained by being put into chief places. But who that looks around on the visible church, would think this was the spirit required? It is plain that some measure of this antichristian spirit prevails in every religious society, and in every one of our hearts. (Mt 23:13-33)

Spiritual Fathers
In the true sense of it, how many fathers are christians having? Wait a minute, dont crucify me..... you will agree with me that all over the places especially in the south-western part of Nigeria, there are many fathers 'Babas'.
General Overseers should be very carefull not to turn themslves into GOD, the real BABA. I heard many christians, oh sorry, many church goers saying when I get to baba, reffering to the G.O. or the prophet, my problems will be over. In the process they are turnnig them into HIGH PLACES. Remember this is an abomination to GOD.
Through this blog, I will be expressing my own thoughts about this subject matters.
Thanks.
